Training for a pageant takes both inner and outer strength and being at the top of your game is of utmost importance. You not only need the mental and emotional aspect of training and preparation, but the physical aspect too. Here’s where I come in!
As a fitness trainer and nutritional therapist, I will guide you through the health & fitness how-to of pageant preparation. This combines the proper nutrition, fitness, & supplementation for YOU. Each client is seen as a unique individual and a program is created based on the client’s needs.
I recommend you start your pageant fitness preparation at least 12 weeks before the pageant date for best results.

- 3-phase strength and cardio fitness program to achieve a strong, toned, lean and feminine physique

12 week prep – $329 (payment plan available at no extra cost)
Continued Prep: If you would like to continue your program beyond the initial 12 weeks, the monthly fee is only $95/month (recurring payment plan) with the ability to cancel anytime (with 30 days notice – with no cancellations fees).
