My passion is finding the right healthy lifestyle approach for each client.  I focus on personalizing all of my nutrition and fitness programs based on the unique biochemistry of the individual and their goals.

One of the nutrition programs I offer is the revolutionary Metabolic Balance® program that is based on your personal blood values, medical history, and food preferences.  This program has changed the lives of many of my clients and has taught them sustainable solutions to optimal health.  For each client, I strive to take all the guesswork out of nutrition, continually educate on sustainable solutions, and most of all empower those clients to make positive lifestyle choices as they work towards optimal health.

Live Fresh originally started as a plant-based food blog because I love being in the kitchen!  I try to contribute new recipes regularly, which I hope you use, love, share, and enjoy.  My recipes are simple, use real ingredients, and focus on plants because no one can have enough plants in their life, right!

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Management Systems from Duquesne University and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.  I am also a certified Nutritional Therapist and Group Fitness Instructor.

I was honored to wear the crown as Miss Pennsylvania USA in 2006, and still give time back to the pageant community in various ways.  I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, creating new recipes, learning about wine, reading anything fitness/nutrition related, teaching high-intensity fitness classes, traveling, and cooking in the kitchen.
